My Camp Facts

Welcome to Camp Obama!

We anticipate the first day of camp will be January 20, 2009, which will be the beginning of an expected 8-Year session. So make sure your parents have packed enough underwear and socks for the duration.

Barack Obama is the Program Director and Head Counselor of Camp Obama, and the newly-appointed Assistant to the Head Counselor is Joe Biden.

Other potential camp staff members include Evan Byah, Sam Nunn, and Chuck Hagel; who recently defected from the borderline-defunct Camp Rove. Unfortunately, John Edwards, who was expected to join Camp Obama as Waterfront Director, won't be able to attend Camp Obama this year, or likely ever.

Activities planned at Camp Obama include:

    *Ending the Iraq War
    *Solving the American healthcare crisis
    *Re-establishing a relationship with Russia
*Working to end the mortgage crisis
*Uniting Democrats and Republicans for the first time in nearly eight years.
*And most importantly, the Cubs winning back to back to back World Series.

When will staff t shirts be available and will there be a Welcome Song on election day?
Oh yeah, and I won't be moving any beds, regardless of what Gordy says.
